Survivor-Led Leadership: Transforming Community and Systems is an online learning experience for women, youth, families, and professionals who support people navigating incarceration and reentry, exploitation, and domestic or sexual violence. Led through a survivor-informed lens, this course builds practical leadership skills and systems thinking rooted in consent, healing, and community care. By the end, participants will be able to identify leadership as an act of safety and belonging, apply survivor-centered tools for communication and decision-making, map community and institutional barriers, and develop a realistic leadership action plan that strengthens outcomes for individuals and the systems around them.
